Prefeito Valmir assina escritura com a HK BR

Dia 07 segunda-feira, no Tabelionato de Notas e Registros Públicos de Condor, o prefeito Valmir Land, juntamente com o secretário da Indústria Marcelo Lautert, e o Procurador Legal, da HK BR Fabricação de Produtos Plásticos Ltda, Dr. Luiz Ernesto Viquez Vargas, realizaram a assinatura de escritura referente a área com cerca de 8 Mil m², contemplado pelo município no Distrito Industrial Lauro Bürgel.

A empresa, tem como sócio proprietário o Costa Riquenho, Herbert Eduardo Alfaro Acuna. Com matriz na Costa Rica, trabalha com a manufatura de materiais de construção em polímeros (PVC), há 20 anos, produzindo principalmente forros em PVC, vendendo para a Costa Rica, America Central e Caribe. No Brasil, em Condor, RS, a o objetivo é oportunizar novas possibilidades para o segmento dos polímeros.


A estimativa é de gerar inicialmente cerca de 25 empregos diretos, já almejando uma expectativa futura de 100 empregos. A obra de edificação do empreendimento deve iniciar ainda neste ano de 2019.
