Município de Condor doa lote para Construpan no Distrito Industrial

Na semana o prefeito Valmir Land esteve no Cartório de Imóvel de Condor, assinando mais uma escritura pública para doação de lote no Distrito Industrial com área de 3.400,00m2, beneficiando o empreendimento da CONSTRUPAN.

Desta vez a empresa contemplada foi a SLR COMÉRCIO E REPRESENTAÇÕES DE MATERIAL DE CONSTRUÇÕES LTDA – CONSTRUPAN (LUIZ CARLOS O. TRENTINI) que atua na Fabricação de Artefatos de Concreto e Fabricação de Pré- moldados.

Segundo informações da Secretaria Municipal da Indústria, Comércio e Turismo, o novo empreendimento de acordo com plano de negócio aprovado pelo Comitê Gestor, prevê  investimentos na infra estrutura de mais de R$ 2 milhões de reais para construção de 1.000,00m2 contemplando área administrativa e indústria, com expectativa de quando entrar em operação gerar cerca de 30 empregos.

Enfatiza o prefeito Valmir que os incentivos do município para instalação de empresas no Distrito Industrial é uma forma de atrair novos investimentos na geração e emprego, renda e impostos, impulsionando o desenvolvimento econômico e social.

Disponibilizando uma área de 15 hectares divididos em 40 lotes licenciados com toda a infraestrutura localizada as margens da BR 158 próximo ao trevo de acesso a cidade, investimento público (Estadual e Municipal) na ordem de R$ 2 milhões.
