Loteamento Costa Verde

O Prefeito Municipal Valmir Land juntamente com a administração, vem atuando firme na implementação do empreendimento habitacional no município, o qual conta com 204 lotes em média de 300m² cada, o loteamento Costa Verde está se desenvolvendo passo a passo de acordo com a lei que rege o loteamento e as condições financeiras do município, cumprindo assim todos os tramites legais e burocráticos pertinente para o andamento das obras.
Cumprindo o calendário proposto para a efetivação da infraestrutura, está sendo executada a parte elétrica, colocação dos postes, rede de alta e baixa tensão que fara o fornecimento de energia para cada terreno, está obra está sendo executada pela Hidropan que é a nossa concessionaria de energia, segundo o prefeito Valmir Land que vem tratando pessoalmente dos assuntos referente ao Costa Verde, após essa etapa a Corsan começara a rede de água a qual já está com o convenio assinado pelo prefeito na sede da empresa em Porto Alegre.
Ressalta o chefe do executivo condorense Sr. Valmir Land que após a conclusão destas duas etapas, o próximo e com certeza de maior volume financeiro será a pavimentação onde contamos com o máximo possível de pontualidade por parte dos contemplados, para que junto com os recursos da prefeitura possamos fazer frente a está etapa da implementação do loteamento Costa Verde, no futuro com a conclusão destas três etapas, os lotes estarão aptos a serem registrados e escriturados a cada contemplado da forma que estabelece o contrato de promessa de compra e venda assinado entre as partes.
Segundo o prefeito Valmir as devidas informações, encaminhamentos necessários por parte da comunidade, que as mesmas procurem a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social, onde o Secretário Gilberto de Moura juntamente com sua equipe estarão a disposição para servir a comunidade Condorense.
